He Won’t Let You Down!!!
I was very lucky to have Ed Fradkin as my attorney during a high conflict divorce and numerous difficult child support post judgment cases. Ed is brilliant and knows the laws like the back of his hand. He is thorough and tough but truly cares about his clients and their children. Ed was able to put my mind at ease during an extremely stressful time. I knew all would be alright as long as he was my attorney. You will want him on your side!

No Better Divorce Lawyer in New Jersey!!
Ed handled my divorce and he was amazing. He knows the law and uses that knowledge to better your position while negotiating. He always returned my calls and even met with me during non-business hours. He is very accessible and will fight for you and your rights. I highly recommend him if you are getting divorced. He is also a personal friend and what I liked most was our friendship did not affect his job. He was fair and brutally honest, even if it was not what I wanted to hear. My divorce was not easy but Ed helped me get the deal that I wanted in the end.

I was referred to Ed by two people and I am very thankful that I took their advice. In December 2013, I was informed that my wife wanted a divorce. I was aware of her attorney’s reputation and knew I had to find someone that would be able to handle not only her lawyer but her lawyer when plenty of misinformation was provided to her. Ed remains calm while fighting for what he believes you deserve. He is very honest with you and does not just tell you what you want to hear. His team is very responsive and I am always kept informed about my situation. I also used Ed’s office for the closing of my current home. I used Mr. Fradkin for a very messy divorce. I was not happy with my original lawyer and took a recommendation from a business associate. It was the best advice that I could have gotten. Not only was his knowledge astounding, but his command of the situation and overall demeanor were a calming influence at a difficult time. I now use him for child support issues and he never fails me. He is not afraid to fight the tough battles and was never afraid to tell me if I was wrong. I may have been his most difficult divorce case but I was never treated any way but fairly and honestly!

Highly Professional
I used Ed Fradkin for a highly contentious divorce, with a young daughter in the picture, which included numerous allegations of domestic violence. I reached out to several long-time associates in the area, as well as several family attorneys, all of whom recommended Ed, and their recommendations were well founded. He handled the entire case professionally and honestly. He was blunt with me when he needed to be, but also handled the situation overall with the proper care. He and his entire staff were extremely communicative and kept me advised of all steps of the process. Ed is not cheap, but honestly, you get what you pay for in his case. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a great demeanor when appearing in court, and, in my instance, did a respectable job in dealing with an adversary who was never forthcoming with her own attorneys.
I already have recommended Ed to several people, both during and following my divorce, and I am now utilizing his services for a post-divorce motion that is sizing up to be quite messy again. I know, without a doubt, that I will be more than satisfied with his services once again. Don’t let his rates scare you off, he is worth every penny and always presented accurate records of all charges, none of which were ever questionable. If you need an experienced attorney to handle any family situation, Ed should be at the top of a very short list.
